David Arnold – Director

David began a 30-year NHS career as a paramedic and paramedic trainer on the frontline, before moving into clinical management and service development. He managed the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service as Director of Operations, and later became an Associate Director at St Mary’s Hospital, managing a diverse directorate of services including the Emergency Department, GP Walk-in Centre, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, Pathology, Chiropody, Medical Assessment Unit and District Nursing. He then spent a couple of years in consultancy between the private sector and the NHS on the development of health services and infrastructure.

When he retired as an active paramedic, David decided to train in aesthetics and ear wax removal. He missed direct contact with patients and clients, and wanted to help people feel good about themselves. He trained as an Aesthetic Practitioner at the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) in London, and has completed advanced training in injectable treatments, including an Advanced Lip Masterclass and an Advanced Facial Masterclass covering tear trough treatment, chin augmentation and non-surgical rhinoplasty.

David is qualified in ear wax removal by irrigation, which he provides from the clinic and through home visits for housebound clients.
