ACP Diathermy

Lesion removal and thread vein removal using ACP diathermy

Advanced Cosmetic Procedures (ACP) using diathermy is a quick safe treatment for many minor skin blemishes. This method is well established, originating in the early 1900’s where diathermy was often used to treat broken capillaries, warts, spider naevi, and even xanthoma (yellow pigmented spots on the eye lids).

Here at Simply Fox, we use a Sterex diathermy machine for this purpose.

If you have unsightly or bothersome skin blemishes such as skin tags, moles, warts and vascular marks then ACP can remove many of these blemishes with no injections, incisions, down time or surgery. This treatment is carried out by our practitioners and is not only an effective treatment, it is non-invasive, with risk of minimal scarring, quick and probably one of the most cost-effective ways to get rid of blemishes.

We can treat many common blemishes with this procedure including skin tags, vascular marks such as thread veins, small cysts, milia, age spots, xanthoma and other marks. Any moles or other lesions must be examined by your GP or dermatologist and deemed safe for removal by this method before we are able to proceed.

Having skin tags and other blemishes treated can be expensive and run in to hundreds even for just one blemish! We can treat blemishes for a fraction of this cost and give you the cosmetic results that you want using one of the most established treatments available – cosmetic diathermy or ACP.

ACP by Sterex International Ltd is the world leader when it comes to the non-surgical cosmetic removal of skin blemishes.
